9. Product Warranty

All orders are custom, no refunds, no returns. This product is void of any warranty if applied by anyone who is not a state licensed upholsterer, interior designer, or furniture manufacturer. Damaged items due to shipment must be reported within 2 days of receiving. Any request for return on damaged items must be approved by management and all returns must accompany a Return Authorization Number; otherwise will be returned to purchaser. We have stringent quality control ensuring that no damaged item (i.e. chipped or broken stone, flaws in metal or stone, or bent nails) are released and sent out, thus negating the need for any warranty coverage on Diamond Head Upholstery Tacks.
